The following are the conditions of the Yaquina Bay Bar at the first light 7am:
All areas 2 to 4ft choppy swell, Winds: south west at 8 to 10 knots, Visibility: 6 nautical miles. And the bar is currently unrestricted.
For further information on the Yaquina Bay Bar call the station at 541-265-5381, or tune into station AM 1610.
Information is provided by the Coast Guard Station Yaquina Bay.
What take so long to get updates , like on the bar report?
Sorry, the information is submitted to me by the Coast Guard and sometimes they dont get the information sent out. I have called them and hope to get regular updates again on a regular basis.
